I'm Kathi, the SIRPA Osteopath, Massage Therapist and Chinese Yoga instructor and beyond at QBW
Helping people make sense of persistent pain, tension and movement issues — especially when symptoms don’t seem to fit a clear medical cause - is my calling.
Through QiBodyWisdom & CHC Lee Green, I bring together Osteopathy, biomechanics, and mind-body understanding to help you reconnect with your body and learn what it’s trying to tell you.
My work blends hands-on techniques, movement re-education, and psychological insight — drawing from neurophysiology, trauma-informed care, and behavioural science.
I meet every client where they are. Some people need quick, physical relief; others are ready to explore deeper, long-term change. Together, we decide what’s appropriate — from practical treatment plans to reflective work that builds resilience and self-trust. There’s no judgment, no forcing, just honest collaboration and curiosity about what your body needs to heal.
All sessions are shaped by what’s real for you on the day — whether that means nervous system regulation, strength and confidence work, or simply rest and recovery. My goal is always the same: to help you feel safer, stronger and more at ease in your own body.
Sessions are available online or in person, and my self-care and movement courses can be found at QiBodyWisdom.com.
And just for completion, and for you to know I am qualified and keeping up to date with the latest science, I earned my qualification from the prestigious European School of Osteopathy and am a proud member of the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC), Institute of Osteopathy, the Academy of Physical Medicine, and SIRPA UK.
Our local Osteopath and Massage therapist clinic in Lee, SE12 is conveniently located in walking distance from both Lee and Hither Green train station.
Tai Chi and Martial Arts were my inspiration to become an Osteopath.
My path to becoming an Osteopath was inspired long before my formal education. Through Tai Chi and Martial Arts, I began to grasp the profound connection between biomechanics and mindset. These disciplines taught me that true physical well-being isn’t just about moving correctly; it’s about approaching movement with a supportive and focused mindset.
In addition to Osteopathy, I’ve also trained as a Martial Arts coach and Tui Na Massage Practitioner, and I’ve been teaching Anatomy and Biomechanics as part of Tui Na courses since 2018.
I’ve found that these practices complement each other beautifully, reinforcing my core belief: everyone has the potential to improve their movement, ease discomfort, and, most importantly, gain confidence in their body.
Reclaim your potential and move on from past trauma -
both physically and emotionally.
Sometimes the journey is a sprint, sometimes it is a marathon.
I can be your satnav, your walking buddy or the support system in the background until you are back in charge of your body and life.
Early detection is better than cure.
My mission is to help you uncover the underlying causes of your physical challenges and work together to find personalized solutions that empower you to take control of your well-being.
Prevention is just as crucial as healing, so I also work with clients who seek to enhance their physical resilience before issues arise, offering guidance through Osteopathy, mindset + emotional support, various exercise, breathing techniques, Chinese Yoga and Tai Chi
I’m here to support you on your journey to better movement, greater comfort, and a deeper connection with your body.
Let’s work together to unlock your body’s potential, so you can move through life with confidence and ease.
Psssst - Kathi isn't the only one helping you on your healing journey. Meet our Chief Overseer of safety and patient relations, Cassie the Woof. Without him QBW would be a duller place.
