Definitions and key terms

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Return & Refund Policy, every time any of these terms are referenced, are strictly defined as:


  • Company: when this policy mentions “Company” it refers to Qibodywisdom, that is responsible for your information under this Return & Refund Policy.
  • Customer refers to the company, organization or person that signs up to use the Qibodywisdom Service to manage the relationships with your consumers or service users.
  • Device any internet connected device such as a phone, tablet, computer or any other device that can be used to visit Qibodywisdom and use the services.
  • Service: refers to the service provided by Qibodywisdom as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.
  • Website: Qibodywisdom site, which can be accessed via this URL:
  • You: a person or entity that is registered with Qibodywisdom to use the Services.


Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Qibodywisdom. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build or book appointments and services with us. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.


As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Qibodywisdom. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Qibodywisdom, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Qibodywisdom’s Privacy Policy, Refund Policy as well as General Terms and Conditions (outlined in separate document)

For our digital services, refunds are only issued within the first 3 days of purchase.

You will not be able to claim a refund for any reason after the 3 days have elapsed.


For in person services, refunds or appointment reschedules are only given 48hours or more before your scheduled appointment. Appointments cannot be cancelled online within 48 hours or less of your scheduled appointment. It is your sole responsibility to keep the agreed upon appointment, regardless of the receipt of appointment reminders.

In the event you should not receive a reminder, it still remains your responsibility to attend the appointment.


We at Qibodywisdom commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Our digital products will remain under constant review and will be adapted according to challenges that should arise.

By buying our digital services you accept the nature of digital products as ever changing. You accept that with  third party updates (like servers, website providers etc) there may be temporary disruptions to the service.

Qibodywisdom will do their best to fix any disruptions as soon as is in their power. Sometimes we will need to rely on services provided to us until that can happen.

We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies: unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Return & Refund Policy.
