On a regular basis Qibodywisdom runs a Community Pain relief day. 50% crowdfunding / 50% funded by our Osteopath, Kathi.

Eligible patients have an NHS referral letter to a physiotherapist. the NHS appointment must be outside of 4 months of the scheduled free appointment.

Patients who turn up without a letter as proof will be charged the full amount so the funding can be used for someone eligible in the future.

An appointment consist of roughly 15minute assessment, 15 minute exercise advice, 15 minute Osteopathy or massage.

Any spinal pain

shoulder and hip pain

Knee pain

Sports injuries

This is a new project, it is planned to build further self help resources of how to cope with your pain or even resolve it until you have your NHS appointment.
